In response to this demand we have developed an advice line service called One Call. This enables our clients to liaise with our team of education solicitors, as and when they need to. This can be offered as a standalone service or as part of our Platinum subscription package. What’s more, you can either pay for an agreed fixed term or an annual basis.
You can submit an unlimited number of email and/or telephone enquiries on the following areas of education law:
- School admissions and exclusions
- SEN and disability discrimination
- Safeguarding and managing allegations against staff
- Information sharing, data protection and Freedom of Information
- School governance
- Parental complaints
You will be assigned a key contact and an education solicitor who will be committed to providing up to 30 minutes of advice on each matter. All verbal advice will then be followed up in writing. It really is that simple.
